CubieFlow 1.0 is here — everything you need to run your online business in one flow.

About

We build the boring layer that makes online selling work

CubieFlow is made by CubieTec. We are operators who got tired of reconciling four dashboards into one spreadsheet every month, so we built the system we wanted to use.

What we will not compromise on

  • One source of truth — no screen contradicts another
  • Show the reason when something fails
  • Hold less data: no card numbers, ever
  • AI proposes, you approve
  • Global by default, not by add-on

Why we exist

Selling online got easier. Running the business did not.

It has never been simpler to start selling. Open a Shopify store on Monday, list on Amazon by Wednesday, add TikTok Shop the following month. Every one of those decisions is easy.

What is not easy is what happens next: four order queues with four sets of rules, stock that is accurate in one place and wrong in three, and a revenue number that never matches the bank. Most sellers solve it with a spreadsheet and a person whose entire job is maintaining it.

CubieFlow replaces that spreadsheet with a system. One data model behind every module, so the order you fulfil, the stock you decrement, the fee you pay and the payout you receive are all the same record viewed from different angles.

2023

The spreadsheet problem

Three ecommerce operators kept rebuilding the same reconciliation spreadsheet at three different companies.

2024

First integration engine

A sync layer with retries, idempotency and readable errors — the part everyone else treats as plumbing.

2025

Private beta

Forty multi-channel sellers across eleven countries stress-tested inventory sync and payout reconciliation.

2026

CubieFlow 1.0

Every seller module, a unified inbox, an admin console and an AI layer — generally available.

How we work

Six things we will not compromise on

One source of truth

If two screens can disagree about revenue, one of them is lying. Every module reads the same records.

Show the reason

When a sync fails, you get the provider's actual error, the payload and a retry — not a spinner and an apology.

Hold less data

We never store raw card numbers or bank passwords. The less we hold, the less there is to lose.

Approval before autonomy

AI proposes. You decide. Autonomy is a setting you raise deliberately, not a default you discover later.

Boring reliability

Idempotency, retry queues, rate-limit backoff and dead-letter handling. Unglamorous, and the whole job.

Global by default

Multi-currency, multi-language, timezones and tax jurisdictions are properties of the platform, not add-ons.

Team

Operators, not just engineers

Roughly a third of the company has run an ecommerce operation themselves. It shows in what we prioritise.

I spent six years closing books for a marketplace seller. The reconciliation module is the tool I wish had existed — I filed the spec as a bug report against my own job.

Integrations fail. That is a fact of the job. Our commitment is that when they do, you know exactly why within one click.

We shipped the approval gate on AI actions before we shipped the actions themselves. Trust first, then autonomy.

Careers

We hire people who like the unglamorous parts

Retry semantics, currency rounding, tax jurisdiction edge cases, webhook replay. If that sentence made you curious rather than tired, we should talk.

Remote-first

Nine timezones, async by default, two in-person weeks a year.

Open compensation

Published bands by level and location. No negotiation lottery.

Real ownership

Equity for everyone, with a ten-year exercise window.

Operator budget

Every engineer gets a live seller account to feel the pain firsthand.
