CubieFlow 1.0 is here — everything you need to run your online business in one flow.

Careers

Small team, unglamorous problems, real users

We build software for people whose businesses depend on it working. That constraint shapes everything — how we hire, what we ship, and how quickly we admit we got something wrong.

How we work

  • Remote-first, with overlap hours rather than fixed hours
  • Equity in every role, vesting over four years
  • Home office budget and a real laptop
  • Annual learning budget, no approval theatre
  • Two company gatherings a year, travel covered
  • Parental leave that does not depend on which parent you are

What we are hiring for

If none of these fit but you think you should be here, write to us anyway and say what you would work on.

EngineeringFull-timeRemote (UTC−3 to UTC+4)

Senior Backend Engineer — Integrations

Own the provider layer: Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop. You will spend a lot of time on rate limits, idempotency and other people's inconsistent APIs. If that sounds tedious rather than interesting, this is not the role.

DesignFull-timeRemote (Europe)

Product Designer

267 screens that need to feel like one product. Dense data, real workflows, and a strong bias toward showing the number rather than a chart of the number.

Apply
CustomerFull-timeRemote (UTC+4 to UTC+8)

Support Engineer

First response on technical tickets. Reading sync logs, reproducing integration failures, and writing the documentation that stops the same ticket arriving twice.

Data Engineer — Forecasting

Demand forecasting and reorder points across a wide range of sellers, many with thin history. The hard part is knowing when the model should say it does not know.

Apply
CustomerContractRemote

Technical Writer

Guides and API documentation. You will need to actually use the product to write about it, which means access to a real workspace and time to break things in it.

Apply
SalesFull-timeRemote (Europe)

Account Executive — EMEA

Mid-market sellers running four or more channels. Consultative rather than transactional; most conversations start with reconciliation pain.

How we work

Four things we actually mean

Write it down

Decisions live in documents, not in meetings. If it was not written down, it did not happen — which is also how a distributed team stays honest across time zones.

Ship small, ship often

A change that takes a quarter to reach a customer has been wrong for a quarter without anyone knowing. We prefer to be wrong in a week.

Own the whole thing

You write it, you deploy it, you carry the pager for it. That is not a burden we distribute unevenly — it is how the person closest to the problem stays motivated to fix it properly.

Say the uncomfortable thing

Including to customers. We have told sellers that CubieFlow is more tool than they need. That costs a deal and buys a reputation.

Hiring

What the process looks like

  1. 1

    Written application

A short note about what you would work on and why. No cover letter theatre.

  2. 2

    Conversation

45 minutes with the hiring manager, about your work and ours.

  3. 3

    Paid work sample

A real problem, scoped to about four hours, paid at your rate. No take-home marathons.

  4. 4

    Team conversations

Two people you would work with. Both directions — you should be interviewing us.

  5. 5

    Offer

Salary band shared upfront. We do not negotiate against other candidates.

Think you belong here?

Write to us with what you would work on. We read everything, and we reply either way.
