What a cookie is here

A small file your browser stores on our behalf. We use them for three narrow purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering preferences like light or dark mode, and — only if you agree — understanding which parts of the product get used.

Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off, because without them the product does not function. They set no advertising identifier and are not shared with anyone.

• cf_session — keeps you signed in. Expires when your session ends.
• cf_csrf — protects against cross-site request forgery on form submissions. Session only.
• cf_workspace — remembers which workspace you had open. 30 days.
• cf_theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark. 12 months.

Analytics — optional

Set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. They tell us which screens are opened and where workflows are abandoned. They are aggregated, and they do not follow you to other websites.

• cf_analytics_id — a random identifier, not linked to your account. 12 months.
• cf_first_seen — the date of your first visit, used to separate new from returning. 12 months.

What we do not set

No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No cross-site pixels. We do not run ads and we do not let anyone else measure you through our product, so the machinery for it simply is not here.

Changing your mind

The cookie banner appears on your first visit and your choice is remembered. You can change it at any time from the link in the footer, or by clearing cookies for this site and choosing again.

Refusing analytics costs you nothing. The product behaves identically; we just learn less about which parts of it are confusing.

Browser controls

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in — that is a limitation of how sessions work on the web, not a choice we made.
